With most larger companies you are going to have to send in your paperwork so that the company will get the signed bills of lading. Most truck stops will have a scanning station call Transflo where you can scan all the documents.

But there is also a version of this on your phone, it’s a little slower but it works pretty well.  Here is a video of me using it.
